Assisted stretching, in short, refers to a practice that involves a Certified Stretch Tech manually guiding you through a sequence of stretches. These stretches will help relax and elongate the muscles, reduce stiffness or soreness, and increase your mobility and range of motion. No more guessing what to do or how to do it. Just lay down, relax and let a professional optimize your health one stretch at a time.
All sessions are scheduled through Vitality. Please call 414-708-1947 to schedule your next Stretch.
The Initial Stretch is a 45 min introduction to what StretchMKE is all about. We start with a 15 min consultation which is followed by a 30 min stretch. This is a required first step so we can perform a thorough assessment and develop a program to meet your needs and goals.
After you have completed your Initial Stretch you are able to schedule 30 min stretch appointments. During such an appointment your Stretch Tech takes you through comprehensive stretching covering every major muscle group according to your program.
The most established and obvious benefit of stretching is to help improve flexibility and range of motion. StretchMKE offers assisted stretching; a widely used method of stretching by today's athletes, massage therapists, personal/athletic trainers, and professionals. This safe and effective stretching technique is performed by a certified Stretch Tech in our clinic. It helps to increase mobility and flexibility for a better quality of life.
Benefits of Assisted Stretching:
