Maggie Schaetzel is a board certified Holistic Nutritionist. A passionate advocate of whole foods eating and nutrition education, she uses diet and lifestyle shifts to mitigate and reverse health conditions. Maggie focuses on addressing her clients’ metabolic individuality as a key factor in her functional nutrition protocols and health coaching. A strong voice for self-advocate, Maggie encourages and empowers her clients to be active participants in their own health care. Maggie’s approach is not to dwell on calories, carbs, fats, and proteins. It is not to create lists of restrictions or good and bad foods. Instead, she works with her clients to create a happy, healthy life in a way that is flexible, fun and rewarding.
Includes a 60-75 minute evaluation and body composition assessment, email recap of session including personalized plan of broad, big picture goals, which serves as the basic structure of our work together, and any applicable handouts.
Includes three 45-minute sessions, email recap of sessions including personalized plan with big picture goals and small action steps, applicable handouts, and limited email support between sessions.
Additional consultations will occur at 6 and 12 weeks, during which you will also receive additional body composition assessments.
Upon completion of the 12 weeks you will have the tools you need for ongoing success and less formal coaching is available as needed.
